• Who can apply? Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises from the industrial, manufacturing, and services sectors.
• Funding level: Grant in the form of de minimis aid, covering up to 50% of the eligible costs of the project.
• Support amount: Minimum funding amount is PLN 150,000, and maximum is PLN 850,000. The payment is made once, as a refund after the project is completed and paid for.
• Eligible Costs - what can the grant be used for?
  • Software: Purchase of licenses for systems such as icmInspector QMS or GlobalVision VERIFY.
  • Programming work: Ordering individual modifications or software integration.
  • Cloud services: Fees for access to software in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS models.
  • Fixed assets: Purchase of necessary equipment, e.g. servers, tablets for controllers, scanners or specialized computers.
  • Training: Training employees in the operation and use of new Technology.
• Key Financial Requirements for the Applicant:
  • The company must have been operating for at least 5 full financial years.
  • It is necessary to demonstrate a good and stable financial situation, confirmed by meeting the following ratios for the last financial year:
    • Return on Net Sales (ROS): not lower than 4%.
    • Quick Ratio: between 0.7 and 1.8.
    • Total Debt to Assets Ratio: not higher than 68%.

Deadlines: The first call for applications under the pilot competition will take place on: from November 3 to November 21, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
